Human Resources Officer SC8 (Culture, Engagement & Performance)

Fluency in French and English (Level C) is required

 Experience (Essential)

Minimum 1 (one) year of professional experience in human resources, organizational research, performance management or people analytics, including experience in generating and interpreting disaggregated quantitative and qualitative data to inform HR programs and initiatives. 

Job Related Competencies (Essential)

• Proficiency in using data visualization and analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Excel advanced).
• Knowledge of diversity statistics, culture frameworks, and engagement techniques and measurement approaches.
• Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills; segmentation and ability to translate data into compelling insights.
• Attention to detail and commitment to data quality and analytical rigor.
• Excellent written communication skills; able to present complex data clearly for non-specialist audiences.
• Curiosity and continuous learning orientation in the domains of culture, engagement, and people science.
