Result of Service

By the end of the assignment, the consultant will have (1) strengthened the visibility and engagement of priority initiatives through effective digital communications and audience-focused messaging; (2) produced high-quality written, visual and multimedia communications products; (3) supported more consistent branding, tone and messaging across communications products; and (4) contributed to stronger stakeholder engagement.

Duties and Responsibilities

1. Digital Communications and Engagement: Support the development and implementation of digital communication strategies for priority initiatives, including content for social media, electronic newsletters, websites, and other digital platforms. Help ensure that messaging is clear, engaging, audience-appropriate and aligned with organizational priorities. 2. Content Development and Editorial Support: Draft, edit and package written communication materials, including web content, social media posts, short updates, presentations and other outreach products. Ensure consistency in tone, style, branding and messaging across communications outputs. 3. Creative Assets and Multimedia Production: Support the development and adaptation of visual and multimedia assets, including digital posters, infographics, short videos, reels, presentation materials and templates. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and high-quality production of communication products. 4. Stakeholder Engagement: Coordinate communications inputs from relevant teams and support the preparation of meetings, workshops, events and outreach activities. Provide practical communications support to colleagues to strengthen the effective use of digital platforms and communication tools.

Qualifications/special skills

At least a first-level university degree in communications, digital marketing, or other related areas. 3-7 years of experience in digital communications and stakeholder engagement within the private sector is required. Experience in content creation and social media management is required, including work with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar tools is required. Experience in web content management and digital analytics is required, incl. work with WebFlow, WordPress, Drupal, or similar tools is required. Written and verbal communication skills are required. Experience in producing slide deck, newsletter, and video production is desirable.

Languages

Fluency in English (both oral and written) is required.
