The Position:

Within the Programme Compliance and Quality Assurance Unit (PC&QAU), the Programme Analyst provides quality control and substantive review to programme monitoring, reporting, and compliance processes across UNFPA Ukraine’s portfolio.

The role supports both the Programme Specialist (Head of PCQA) and the Programme Analyst (NOB) in ensuring effective tracking of programme implementation, data consistency, and application of UNFPA policies and procedures.

You will work in close collaboration with programme and operations teams, as well as implementing partners, contributing to coordinated implementation and day-to-day functioning of PCQA processes.

You will report to the UNFPA Programme Specialist, Head of PC&QA.

Job Purpose:

Working within a Country Office (CO) environment, you will support the implementation of systems and processes for programme monitoring, reporting, and compliance oversight across UNFPA activities.

You will contribute to data collection, verification, and consolidation, support tracking of programme performance against targets and workplans, and assist in ensuring alignment between planning, implementation, and reporting.

You will also support the application of UNFPA procedures related to implementing partner management, including documentation review, tracking of deliverables, and follow-up actions.
