The purpose of this consultancy is to lead and execute the full ISO 9001:2015 (2026) Quality Management System (QMS) certification project for Supply Division (SD), including planning, system design, documentation, implementation oversight, internal audit preparation, staff training, and coordination with the selected certification body. Ensure SD is audit‑ready and achieves certification within the project timeline.

- Master’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Quality Management, or a related discipline. A first university degree (Bachelor’s degree)in above areas may be considered in lieu of an advanced university degree in conjunction with 2 additional years of relevant work experience.
- ISO 9001 Lead Auditor certification (IRCA‑accredited and ISO 19011‑compliant) — mandatory requirement.
- Certified ISO 9001 Implementer (or equivalent formal training) covering ISO 9001:2015 and, where available, the upcoming ISO 9001:2026 standard; alternatively, demonstrated in‑depth knowledge and practical understanding of the anticipated changes introduced by the revised ISO 9001 standard.
Work Experience:

• At least 10 years of experience implementing ISO 9001 in large, complex organizations
• Demonstrated experience in leading a full ISO certification cycle, particularly within organizations that include the following processes within scope:
- -Supply chain management
- -Procurement and sourcing
- -Logistics and distribution
- -Quality control laboratories
- -Global warehouse operations
- -Supplier management
- -Global health product management
• Experience in UN system, international organizations, or regulated environments (preferred).

• Demonstrated application of structured project management methodologies in complex, multi stakeholder environments is an asset.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and training capabilities.
