For every child, hopeUNICEF Perú has developed a fundraising program by promoting individual giving in order to finance
different programs for children in the country and Face to Face (F2F) has been the main program with a
sustain growth year by year.
The F2F campaigns consists of a team of recruiters who amplify the actions undertaken by UNICEF among
the public; raising awareness about the situation of children in Perú, positioning the public agenda with a
focus on the rights of children and adolescents, building relationships and mobilizing funds, inviting the
public to be part of the fund with a recurring economic donation.
UNICEF has successfully implemented F2F campaigns increasing the number of monthly donors for more that 9 years. This position will manage and ensure the operation of the Face to Face program aiming to achieve the established goals and contribuiting to the correct implementation of all the F2F campaigns in
terms of timing and results.

How can you make a difference?The Fundraising Officer, at the NO-1 level in the PFP area, in the Individual Giving Section, in the Country
Office of Perú, reports to Fundraising Officer Acquisition who is at the NO-2 Level.
The Fundraising Officer Face to Face will be responsible, under the Acquisition team, for the development of the strategy and evaluation of the Face to Face donor recruitment channel in accordance to PFP (Private Fundraising and Partnership) objectives. He or she will supervise and manage the Face to Face (F2F) In House campaigns implemented in Perú ensuring goal achievement and assuring quality control.
This position will work with an internal team and with external agencies promoting cost effective procecesses, quality control, goal oriented and innovation in the F2F campaigns.
Key Functions/Accountabilities:

- Define F2F strategies, campaigns, and timelines aligned with the PFP Annual Plan.
- Develop annual plans and projections based on KPIs (SPH, average donation, payment rate, attrition).
- Lead planning for campaigns, testing, innovation, and benchmarking initiatives.
- 2. Implementation and Monitoring of the F2F Channel
- Provide strategic and technical support for KPI definition, reporting, and performance management.
- Monitor key KPIs and drive data-based decision-making to optimize campaign performance.
- Manage supplier relationships and ensure timely incident follow-up and performance analysis.
- 3. Relation Management
- Lead and coordinate internal teams and external agencies to maximize F2F program performance.
- Strengthen collaboration across Individual Giving, operations, and field teams.
- Promote training, capacity building, and knowledge sharing across all levels.
- 4. Reporting, Analysis and Decision Making
- Conduct analysis to improve campaign results, efficiency, and donor retention.
- Prepare and present performance reports to support accountability and decision-making.
- Collaborate with regional and global teams to share best practices and identify opportunities.
- 5. Administrative Processes
- Ensure efficient, cost-effective program operations and compliance with organizational policies.
- Manage budgeting, procurement, and coordination with finance and external providers.
- Support operational efficiency initiatives and inter-agency collaboration.
- 6. Partnership, Coordination and Collaboration
- Collaborate with internal teams, external partners, and NGOs to implement F2F strategies.
- Coordinate closely with Individual Giving units and operational teams.
- Maintain communication with regional/global F2F counterparts to align strategies and share insights.

Minimum requirements:- Education: First University Degree (i.e. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent) in Business Management, Industrial Engineering, Marketing, Communications or related field is required.
- Work Experience: At least 1 year of relevant work experience in sales, trade marketing, marketing, fundraising, or training.
- Language Requirements: Proficiency in Spanish
Desirables:
Desirables:- 4 years of professional experience leading sales teams.
- Proven experience leading Face-to-Face (F2F) sales operations.
- Intermediate level of English is desirable.
- Knowledge of a local language of the duty station (as quechua, aimara, and indigenous or amazonic dialects) is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of another official UN language is considered as an asset.
- Relevant experience at country level, particularly in development, fragile settings and humanitarian contexts.
