Minimum requirements:

Minimum requirements:
  • Education: Advanced university degree (Master's degree)in Programme Management, Supply Chain, Monitoring & Evaluation, Public Policy, Data/Information Systems, or related fields.
  • Work Experience: Minimum 10–12 years of professional experience in:

  • Programme planning, monitoring, risk management, or results‑based management
  • Work experience in humanitarian/development contexts
  • Development or Application of planning, implementation and monitoring procedures and guidance at HQ/regional/country level

Demonstrated experience working with:

  • Digital tools for monitoring and reporting (eTools, dashboards, analytics platforms)
  • Programme assurance, audits, and risk frameworks
  • Experience working across HQ–RO–CO structures in large international organizations especially UN
  • Skills: Abilities to work with multicultural teams 
  • Language Requirements: Strong English writing and communication skills, a second UN language is a plus
