Consultant(e) International(e) pour la réalisation de l'enquête d'évaluation des indicateurs de l’offre et de la disponibilité des produits prioritaires de santé de la reproduction au Tchad (SPSR 2026)

La durée de la consultance est de 45 jours ouvrables couvrant la période du 15 juin au 15 octobre 2026.

Les activités se dérouleront selon un calendrier élaboré par le/la consultant(e) international(e) et validé par le bureau UNFPA du Tchad.

Le/la consultant(e) international(e) sera basé(e) à N'Djaména avec des visites de terrain au besoin, avec une grande interaction avec le comité de sécurisation des produits du Ministère de la Santé, le cabinet d'enquête SPSR, la DSR du MSP, CPA, PPA.

Le suivi quotidien sera assuré par le point focal en sécurisation des produits de santé de la reproduction de l’UNFPA au Tchad et rendra compte à la Représentante des progrès dans l’atteinte des résultats attendus et éventuellement des goulots d’étranglement et des solutions pour y remédier.

Le/la consultant(e) international(e)  sera supervisé(e) directement par le point focal sécurisation des produits de santé de la reproduction de l’UNFPA au Tchad.

Le/la consultant(e) international(e) fera au besoin des visites de terrain.
